Questions
When does the free period start?
When we approve your organisation, so time spent in review doesn't count.
What happens if we don't pay?
Nothing is deleted. Everything can still be viewed and exported, and members can still pay their fees, but staff changes pause until the fee is paid.
How is it charged?
Yearly by card, for the gardens you have at each renewal. Turn renewal off at any time. Payments aren't refunded part way through a year.
Can individuals support PlotHive?
Yes, it's optional. See supporters.
